9-Point Clean And Check Of Equipment

Calderon Brothers Coffee and Beverage Service will provide the following services to all serving stations on each schedule service:

• Clean or exchange all soiled decanters.
• Replace any broken decanters.
• Clean the exterior of the coffee brewer.
• Clean or exchange the coffee brew basket.
• Clean the spray deflector area.
• De-lime brewer.
• Rotate supplies.
• Refill beverage stations to predetermined stock inventory levels.
• Check switches and warmer plates for proper operation.

Equipment

Calderon Brothers Coffee and Beverage Service will provide coffee brewing equipment at no charge for your location as dictated by space availability, access to plumbing, and coffee volume. Additional stations, thermal servers, and glass decanters will be provided at no charge as required.

Repair Services

To provide the reliable service required in your offices. Calderon Brothers Coffee and Beverage Service maintains a twenty-four (24) hour, seven (7) days a week service center for your needs with eighteen (18) trained technicians radio dispatched through out Marion County.

Delivery Services

Calderon Brothers Coffee and Beverage Service will deliver coffee directly to your offices or to a central distribution center, if preferred. Your order will come on your scheduled Calderon Brothers Coffee and Beverage Service delivery day. Call-in orders are also welcome with a forty-eight (48) hour lead time. All invoices are prepared at time of delivery and can easily be checked for accuracy.

Installation

Installation of equipment will be scheduled with you for a smooth transition. At the time of installation, your employees at the location will be instructed on the proper operation, care, and usage of the coffee brewing equipment provided. Our Territory Executive or Office Coffee Sale Manager re always available to answer any questions or concerns within your coffee account.
